Van Mark Brugge

This space is the largest in the Van Marcke network in Belgium, grouping sales and administrative areas on two levels: the first floor for the sales area and reception, and a 415 m² mezzanine used mainly as a showroom and offices for the sales team. The facade is largely glazed for natural light, with a canopy to prevent overheating. The building is equipped with solar panels for electricity and heating, and uses blower heating for the showroom and underfloor heating for the reception area. LED lighting is used throughout, and thermal insulation has been added under the existing concrete slab. In addition, a spare parts store 500 metres from the showroom is planned to offer optimum service to customers.
