The Jean-Michel Martin Group and FCM Architects have carried out a thorough renovation of the existing Jaguar Land-Rover dealership on the site dubbed "l'avenue de l'automobile" in the Brussels commune of Drogenbos.
The previous concession was demolished to make way for a resolutely contemporary architectural complex, offering the two brands and their products exceptional quality spaces, while aiming for a sustainable approach to energy management.
The site has an "open-space" atmosphere, while the interior architecture provides distinct zones for the various sales departments. A mezzanine offers a unique vantage point from which to view products, enabling a dynamic and immersive tour of the site.
