An architectural and urban challenge covering 28,000 m²: a 1,400 m² car showroom, the largest BMW motorcycle showroom in Belgium, workshops with 50 bridges for cars and 12 for motorcycles, 8 interactive reception bays, a delivery area for 6 cars and a 530-space parking lot in the heart of Brussels.
We met this challenge by carefully integrating this industrial site into an urban environment. Our buildings combine energy efficiency, green roofs, rainwater recovery, underfloor heating and double-flow ventilation.
The interior layout is also carefully thought out to combine quality, design and functionality, while remaining adapted to the commercial world.
An aesthetic and technological achievement in the heart of the city, with an investment of 25 million euros by the German parent company and its Belux subsidiary, demonstrating their confidence in FCM Architects.
