BELLA VITA - An Innovative InterGenerational Village
This ambitious 15-hectare project combines the construction of an entire neighborhood with the rehabilitation of the historic Waterloo School Farm.
The innovation lies in the creation of a genuine intergenerational village with shared services. It offers seniors an environment that can evolve and adapt to their needs, while providing residents with local shops, a swimming pool, a crèche, a care center managed by Cliniques de l'Europe, as well as a rest home and a service residence.
FCM Architects contributed to the creation of 182 apartments (47 to 163 m²) and 87 houses (125 to 250 m²), as well as the site's practical, sustainable facilities. This project, which began in 2006, was fully completed by the end of 2015, testifying to a long-term partnership with a team of experts combining creativity and technical expertise. An exceptional achievement for a better life.
