MINI - Brussels store East

The creation of the MINI store in Zaventem is perfectly fitting to the type of challenge that FCM Architects excels at: technique – design – originality.

A non-conventional technical approach responding to the particular steepness of the building site. A remarkable and unusual architectural design approach. A true "mise en scène" and a unique spirit for originality.

Overall, the structure comprises four levels: two underground floors, a ground floor and a mezzanine. All of these floors have been created with the following objectives: originality, sustainability and quality.

Visible from a distance due to its actual suspended MINI on the facade, the building and its interior reflect the brand; meaning it is extraverted, friendly and…different. A fun, urban experience, the building is also environmentally friendly and equipped with energy efficient tools.

It will make you want to come back over and over again…
